From Kirksville, take US-63 S. Merge onto US-54 W toward Jefferson City to Osage Beach. Go across the Grand Glaize Bridge one quarter mile, turn left into the Inn at Grand Glaize.

From St. Louis, take I-70 West to Kingdom City Exit. Turn left on Hwy. 54 West. Go thru Jefferson City to Osage Beach. Go across the Grand Glaize Bridge one quarter mile, turn left into the Inn at Grand Glaize.

From Kansas City, take I-70 East to Hwy. 63 South at Exit 128A toward Jefferson City. At Jefferson City, take Hwy. 54 West Exit to Osage Beach. Go across the Grand Glaize Bridge one quarter mile, turn left into the Inn at Grand Glaize.
