If you were to ask any Phi Tau what the best part of this fraternity is, most, if not all, would say it is the brotherhood. There is nothing any of us wouldn’t do for a brother. We constantly have events designed to spend time only among Phi Taus. These events allow us to build strong bonds and have a fun time in the process. In the past we have held tournaments for poker, duck hunt, caps, spades, and euchre. The unparalleled brotherhood of Phi Kappa Tau can be witnessed in many ways. Whether it is a friendly game of pickup basketball, a game of softball, or just spending time hanging out, everything is more fun when you have people you connect with to enjoy them with you.

 

If I were to give someone advice as to what to look for in a fraternity, I would tell them this:  it is the men in the fraternity and their relationships with each other that you should focus on. That is the only thing that matters.  Things like size of the house, size of their trophies, or how many consecutive intramural championships they have won does not matter unless the brotherhood is strong. Without a strong sense of brotherhood the entire notion of a fraternity is lost.  It is a coveted bond among men that will not be broken by anything.  We have that bond.
